1. Retrieval of password not working in proper manner
· First of all, user is required to hit click on cpanel option
· Moving ahead, user is required to hit click on database tools option
· Now proceed to phpmyadmin option
· Moving ahead, user is required to choose database and proceed to next step
· Now user is required to hit click on username and hit click on edit option
· Moving ahead, user is required to add new password in space provided
